10月6日(金)～10月16日(月)15:30頃までに会場にて販売しておりました「童夢Tシャツ（XLサイズ）」につきまして、レジの金額設定の誤りにより、店頭表示価格よりも代金を多く頂戴しておりましたことが発覚いたしました。  深くお詫び申し上げますとともに、今後はこのようなことのないよう万全を尽くす所存でございます。

 

誤りの内容は下記の通りとなります。

 

「童夢Tシャツ（XLサイズ）」

正　4,200円（税込）　本体3,818円

誤　4,400円（税込）　本体4,000円

（誤りは上記商品、サイズのみとなります。）

 

本件発覚後、速やかに正しい金額設定へ修正しており、  10月16日15:30頃以降の営業につきましては本来の代金を頂いております。 なお、ご返金に関しましては以下の二通りの方法がございますので、下記ご確認をお願い申し上げます。

  

 

１）「大友克洋全集 AKIRAセル画展OSAKA」会場へ再来場いただけるお客様

会場にて差額分の200円を現金にてご返金いたします。

事前に、本ご案内末尾に記載のメールアドレス宛に

①氏名

②次回ご来場予定日時

③お手元の商品写真（サイズが分かるように撮影をお願いいたします）

④ご購入レシート写真、または該当商品ご購入時のおよその時間や同時にご購入いただいた商品名など

をお送りの上ご来場いただき、物販エリアにてスタッフにお声がけください。 

●ご対応受付期限：2023年10月24日(火)18:00まで 

 

２）「大友克洋全集 AKIRAセル画展OSAKA」会場へ再来場予定のないお客様

現金書留にてご指定のご住所へ差額分の200円を送付いたします。

本ご案内末尾に記載のメールアドレス宛に

①氏名

②お客様のご住所・電話番号

③お手元の商品写真（サイズが分かるように撮影をお願いいたします）

④ご購入レシート写真、または該当商品ご購入時のおよその時間や同時にご購入いただいた商品名など

をお送りください。

●ご対応受付期限：2024年2月29日(木)23:59まで

Apology for product price errors and refunds information.

 

Dear All,

 

We found out that we charged more payment than the correct price from the customer who visited before 16th Oct. And now, it has been corrected to the correct price. We sincerely apologize for our mistakes.

 

「童夢(Domu) T-shirt  (SIZE：XL）」

Correct：4,200yen(tax-in)

Incorrect：4,400yen(tax-in）

（Other sizes are sold at the correct price）

 

Please check the refund method below according to your situation. 

 

１）Customers who plan to visit Otomo The Complete Works：AKIRA Cel Exhibition OSAKA again.

We will refund 200 yen in cash at the venue.

Please send an email us before you visit and please tell staffs at the venue.

We will send 200 yen in cash by registered mail
